I maybe one of the few persons in the world who doesn't enjoy a massage. I really don't like a stranger's hands on me. Now my hubby's on the other side…

I know that Massage Therapy has so many different good benefits. Although to be honest, I am not really a big fan of the deep tissue massage. And I know that in the states, each state has their individual licenses one must have to be a massage therapist.

Within the past year I've started getting monthly massages. It's made a world of difference, not only in how tight I feel, but my overall mood. I carry so much stress in my shoulders that it seems my therapist spends most of his time in that area working the kinks out!
